Shipping and Return Policy

At Viridis Tropicals, we package our plants with great care. Be assured that your new plant baby will arrive in great condition. We understand that accidents do happen, but we are not responsible for damage due to shipping or weather. All packages are insured by USPS, and we are happy to help you file a claim if your plant comes damaged due to shipping. Viridis Tropicals LLC reserves the right to replace plants at our discretion. If you have a problem with your plant you must take pictures of your plant within 24 hours of arrival. We do not replace plants past one week of arrival.
